Adult Classes consist of a welcome reception, Chef-led demo, group cooking and mingling, then dining around the table together.
Kids & Family Classes consist of a welcome reception and play stations, family cooking with Chef-led meal planning tips, and a shared meal around the table together.
You’ll walk away with 1-3 new Recipes, lots of culinary techniques, tips on cooking sustainable and seasonally, new friends, and a full belly!
We welcome all levels of experience in our kitchen! Our recipes are designed to teach new kitchen techniques, but the main goal is that everyone has fun and ends the class with a delicious dish or two. Our chef instructors will be with you 100% of the way.
Intuitive Cooking is how we teach culinary skills. It's about fostering creative problem-solving, so everyone gains the confidence to cook on their own. This approach guides our chefs towards a lifelong journey of health, enjoyment, and empowered living—in the kitchen and beyond.
Classes conclude with a generous meal shared with your classmates around our communal table, please plan ahead so you're well hydrated and energized before class.
Check-in starts 15 minutes before class; we start on time, so punctuality is key.
