Culinary Artistas was born out of a dream to share my passion for food with my community. For me, cooking is about connection, and it was how I learned to connect not only to my family & friends, but to myself. When I started Culinary Artistas in 2016, I wanted kids to have a place where they could express themselves, their true selves. I believe with my whole heart that kids and adults alike can learn to cook in a way that is both empowering and fun. From my childhood in Brazil, to the life I’ve built in San Francisco, I’ve learned that food brings people together in a creative language and I’d like to invite you to celebrate the joy of cooking and eating beautiful food together.

Culinary Artistas is a vibrant kitchen studio nestled in the heart of San Francisco’s Ghirardelli Square. Since 2016, we’ve brought high-quality cooking experiences to children, families, and corporate teams both online and in the Bay Area.
At our Ghirardelli Square studio, we offer children’s events and programs that include birthday parties & celebrations, kids camps, and school programs in collaboration with schools & nonprofits in the Bay Area.
For adults, we offer Corporate Team-Building & Networking Experiences both at our studio or virtually. If you’d like to attend an event with your kids, we host Plate Date family events at the studio, or you can join Club Artistas, our monthly subscription box for kids & families to cook at home together. Our Ghirardelli Square studio is available to rent for events and parties.
